Hi there.
I sold an item that was pick up only. The buyer couldn't pick it up so I agreed to post it. She had already paid for the item via paypal. Now I want to send her an invoice for just the postage cost. How do I do this??

If you are going to ask for the postage as a separate payment you will have to hope your buyer is honest for as far as Paypal is concerned it would still count as a pick up ite, to qualify for seller protection the delivery charge must be included in the invoice. There may be no buyer protection either but if they fund the payment with a credit card they could do a chargeback and you would have no cover as far as Paypal were concerned.
If you don't 100% trust the buyer you should refund their payment and then reinvoice them with the postage included.
