how do i put paymate for payment as it is in grey and cant figure it out

this is hard cant figure out how to have item on paymate even though it is going to be pick up only and will be asking cash on delivery it will not accept auction item without other prefered payment so useing paymate if i can figure out how to

as it has been many years since you sold anything on ebay, you probably do not meet the requirements to be a PayMate seller.

Are you registered with PayMate and have you linked your PayMate account to your current ebay seller id??

Check that your paymate account is up to date.

I had one for ages but had the same problem, I had to go to paymate and make sure my account was current.

I had to fossick around to find the right page, so good luck with that, they are not very user friendly I am afraid.
