If i win an auction, i have 7 days to make the payment Right?

Seller is requesting payment with 24Hrs. or I' can be reported to ebay for non payment.

Seller has listed item for sale number of days ago, bidding was up to $500 then suddenly it was removed by seller,  Now it's been relisted again.
