This is an email a buyer has just sent me in regards to their auction. I am unable to create an invoice as it states when I try and create an invoice that the buyers email details are not matching and will not create an invoice. They have spoken to someone on the phone and has a reference number below under the pasted email they have sent me. Could you please let me instructions on how to do so, and complete the transaction.
Hi. Well, I just got off the phone to eBay and have told me to ask you to do 2 things.
1. You have to add me to your exception list and
2. Then send me a revised invoice.
The ref. no. For my call was 35859992170.
I don't know what's gone wrong here but my details are all correct and have been both buying and selling quite a bit recently. I bought something else after I bought your cards and have paid with no issues.
