Hi, I won an item on Ebay and paid for it on the 3.1.13. Apparently I didn't have enough funds in my account and each time Paypal tries to access my account the bank sends me an overdrawn fee. I won't be able to put the money in until the 17.1.13..$50.99
I have rung Paypal twice and asked them to cancel the payment but they said they couldn't. I rang my bank too but they told me to get paypal to cancel the payment.
What can I do?????
