You don't pay eBay (eBay do not sell anything) you pay the seller

BUT there is something about that listing that does not look right

The 'seller' has been with eBay over ten years but has no activity in the past year at all, and no history as a seller at all,ever

Now suddenly they list a questionable washing machine with only a stock photo

I would say the real account has been hacked by a scammer

Just my opinion but there you go

Good pickup Sandy....looks like it has been removed by ebay.
