ebay suggest i cancel payment and manually pay into buyers paypal account
and then send him a message requesting a reciept
but this buyer isnt responding to any messages so i dont think he is recieving them
if i manually pay him is there a chance he will recieve it if he isnt recieving my messages
or can they contact them for me and relay my messages
