On about the 30th of september i purchased a air fryer or should say i hadnt quite finished fully purchasing it. I asked for a cancellation which came through but it was still saying i owed the money so i paid it.
The seller sent me an email to say it was cancelled.
I changed my mind & ordered another. The first one came out of my account along with the 2nd.
The seller said they cancelled the first order so i presumed it would get reimbursed into my account.
<removed for your privacy> I checked my paypal account & it has come out of my account.
Can you get back to me please & let me know how to get reimbursed.
