Managed Payments for sellers starting coming in from 2020

You will need to sign up with Managed Payments if you wish to sell

That’s what you need to do, you just need to update your bank account you want payments from EBay to go into as they are now who will be paying us and will take the final value fees out first. People can still use PayPal to pay but I have not had one buyer using it, I still do when I buy things.
