over a week ago my elderly wife and i were browsing e-bay, we noticed how many tickets for sale for anzac day game, we arent going to melbourne for any game, next i recieve a payment advice from e-bay saying we had purchased tickets, straight away i contacted the owner of the tickets and explained as i have to you, now a week later e-bay has threatened my wife and i for payment, again i have contacted the owner stating this is all wrong, so do i need to see a lawyer, with regard to the way i have been accused by e-bay and the owner, or what do i do
