Oops, my mistake.....your seller is in the UK. They are still using the GSP so all other information is correct but I don't know where the shipping depot is located.
Enigma, there is no point contacting the seller as they cannot do anything once the item has been sent to the GSP hub. In this case the system is working as it should so there is no need to be contacting anyone.
