Paid a seller but they have not acknowledged money by marking as paid. Paypal have a transaction and I can see money coming out of my paypal account. Seller not responding to emails but I cannot open a dispute because according to ebay payment has not been sent (it has). I cannot get any numbers to call for customer service as the entire process is circular. Basically if the seller does not mark the payment as paid, you are totally snookered from what I can see ie; you cannot open dispute. Sent an email to seller showing transaction number coming out of paypal account - they have still not marked as paid (requested it 2 days ago)
Any ideas
