I ORDERED A cOMPTON & WOODHOUSE FIGURINE 'LADY EMMA' in January and have still not received it (sometimes they send them by sea). I have also not been issur=ed a refund and the sellers email is no longer available.
I was charged GBP 26.00.
I would like a refund as I believe she is doing this on purpose.
