my item sold for $723.85 and was paid through paypal even though should have been cash on pick up. $17.67 was deducted from the amount, why?

My item sold for $723.85 and was paid through paypal even though cash on pick was requested. $17.67 was deducted from the amount. Already had $57,18 deducted for commission. Anyone know why? $17.67 seems a lot to pay for a Paypal transaction?

The $57.18 was taken by ebay for the FVF of the sale and the $17.67 is the paypal fee taken by paypal for using paypal.

Both are standard fees from both sites.

Both take a % of the amounts.
