My pay pal was never set up right when I started with ebay .I can buy items on ebay and pay with my credit card ,paypal.But when I sell ,if someone pays by pay pal it goes into pay pal but I cannot withrdaw the money, I can use the balance to buy items, but I could do with the money .When I put in my listing that my pay pal account not working ebay will remove listing with a violation notice.How can I fix this problem or do I need to cancel my account and start off fresh?
