I have just been informed that the parcel I have been waiting for, for over 2 months has been destroyed in Australian customs because of the way it was packaged in India and the shipper asked for it to be destroyed. can I request to get my money back for the items and the postage as it was $120 alone just for the postage. I paid thru paypal
