A buyer has bid and bought an item from me. However, after thirteen days and three emails from me, he has still not paid nor has he contacted me to arrange pick up.
When is it feasible for me to consider that this sale is not going ahead? I would like to relist if this buyer is not going to purchase the item. At the moment I am in limbo, and I dont think that was the agreement in using EBay. I am somewhat peeved as this item sold before Christmas, and now I might not be able to sell it!
