What's with a payment to me being put on hold?I did the right thing and even paid more for registered mail requiring a signature but cant get paid till the buyer receives the goods?
So the buyer can turn around and say they didnt receive the goods and i have to then fight to get paid.I will never use ebay again!

Why would your payments not be on hold?
Like every other new seller, or one that has'nt sold in a while, you are also subject to a 30 day hold on funds
Which you agreed to when you listed and ticked the 'you read and understood' button
Your last feedback as a seller was 'more than a year ago' so you are 100% 'new' in eBay's eyes
(this is assuming you fully and correctly signed up to Managed Payments and were verified, or you will never get the money at all)
And if you sent with tracking the buyer can't say 'they did'nt get it' because you have uploaded proof you sent the item
eBay are not going to have a clue if you use the site again or not, nor care
