payment unclaimed

Dear Sir and Madam,

i purchased an item yesterday through my paypal, but it showed unclaimed and the seller's email address not registered. 

i checked the sellers history and they got 100% feedback with fast payment of buying thing from ebay, thus, i think they should have 

registered with paypal otherwise how can they paid so quickly and they only got 12 transactions with all purchased iterm but not selling their own goods and maybe this is the first time to sell items.

i already wrote three emails to them but got no reply and i am so worried and don't know if i want to cancel the purchase. i never have such thing happen before and normally the seller will give me the reply soon. 

could you ihelp me to inform them about this thing? i don't want to waste of my time always track the paymeng processing. My payment through credit card to paypal is already completed.
