Hi, I am a new seller. I understand there is risk assessment for new seller that Paypal can withhold the money up to 21 days. But in my case, I finished my first sale 3 weeks ago. I posted the item to the buyer and the buyer was happy with the shopping and she also gave me a positive feedback. However, until now, the money from sales is still on pending. I searched online and it said people usually can receive the money in 3 days when they upload the tracking number or 7 days when the buyer received the product. So what happened in my case?
Also, my second sale was 2 weeks ago. The product i sold is local pickup. I am waiting the buyer to pick up after 18th December and I have given the pick up addess to the buyer. Therfore, I marked as sent. So in this case, when can i receive the money?
