Hello fellow eBayers, can someone tell me what 'payment initiated' means? I have sold a couple of items recently (I am usually a buyer) and two of my sold items have been marked as 'payment initiated'. When I click the link that says 'view paypal transaction', it just takes me to an error page in PayPal that offers to take me to my account summary. There is no information in my PayPal about any pending transactions though.
A bit confused, hoping to figure it out before the post office opens again on Monday just in case I can post to my buyers.
The eBay help page just states that payments may be held? Is that the same thing? Not sure how I can post if the money to post them hasn't cleared..
Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
