I bought 2 black refilled cartridges for my printer on ebay and both did not work, so I contacted seller and they said they would refund then they said it was more than 3 months since bought and information of me buying it was no longer available to them.
I said I paid by PayPal gave them all the information and then they said they would refund and they have stalled for months and now they say they can't refund to contact this other person by email I did that and no reply so I emailed them again and no reply. How do I stand at getting a refund still? This mob should not be selling on ebay as I have read that a lot of people having trouble with the cartridges not working.
