I paid via PP but in 'my ebay' there's a hour glass icon which means awaiting process and in my PP a/c it states seller is not registered, but that could just mean she's not updated info like email address, or maybe still only has basic PP a/c not premium. Have been messaging seller for 4 days regarding sorting out her PP a/c and suggested she might need to update details etc., but had no response at all. Seems silly to just let the payment sit there waiting to be processed and perhaps the seller just doesn't want to be paid via PP, so should I just cancel my PP payment and if I do that can I go through checkout a second time so as to pay via bank deposit?
What's your advice?
