what should a paypal invoice look like, Ebay is having problems with the amount of transactions at this time and asked me to ask the seller

for a paypal invoice.  The seller has said that they have had similar problems with Ebay and have given me their email address to complete the transaction.  It doesn't sound right to me.  I am new to having to sort out this kind of situation.  Your assistance would be appreciated,  Cheers Kathleen
