I recently made my first ebay purchase, but have been unsuccessful in sending the payment. the money has been transfered to my pay pal account. but i can't seem to work out how to send it to the seller. this issue is becoming really frustrating. Could it be that i clicked buy now before the funds were transfered? if so how do i go about sending payment?
