I would say exactly for the reason you were given in the message
Fellow buyers and sellers have no other information than what that has given you
Is this for the ID you are posting on here, or do you have another, established account?
If you are buying with this account then you have only just opened the account, have you tried to buy a heap of stuff all at once? Seems like you are quoting an email (never believe emails to be genuine) only if you get the same message in eBay.
