In the advnced search options I used to be able to select "items located in" and choose any country.
This option is now greyed out, is this a new ebay policy to restrict me from looking worldwide?
I use this option a lot because quite often sellers are willing to consider shipping overseas if asked even when the listing said no overseas shipping.
