I am from Australia and bought from UK on 14 August, now 24 September and not received item, seller wont answer my emails and PayPal said it cant help. Can someone please tell me why and how do I get my money back.

You do not need to email paypal. You must open a dispute immediately if you want any hope of getting your money back.
Go to the Resolution Centre in paypal and follow the prompts.
