Do a search, then set all the finer details by looking at the left hand side for more options like new, colours, sizes, etc.
Then when you have your final settings right, at the top of the screen you will have save search, in blue type. Click that and then you can get regular emails. The search will be in your saved searches under the name you give it. You can run it anytime by going into that list.
