I have sent many emails, (Sevice@ ebay, and Seller ) talked to your help line chat room (Mujahid Ali) trying to find my order with no answers to the questions.

Their manuals are sent as downloads to your computer. Have you checked for attachments in their email to you ?

emailing eBay is useless as it is an automated bot service

And an eBay CS person would not be able to tell you where your item is either

How long ago did you try contacting the seller, and did you indeed email them as you say, or contact them via eBay messages (as the appropriate way?)

Many sellers do not respond to actual emails, as all communication is suppose to be done via eBay messages only

What was the estimated delivery date?

Just other members here, we do not work for eBay or have any information about other member's transactions
