HOW CAN I CONTACT EBAY WHEN CASE IS CLOSED;
I really need to contact someone in eBay. My item was shown as delivered and actually was not delivered. I informed eBay, then 4 days later item turns up so eBay closed the case. However the item is not as described (parts missing) and does not work. I cannot find how to contact eBay as this is serious - it is a sewing machine from USA and cost $$$$$$s
