Hi
I ordered three hair flower clips on 24 February, 2017. Ebay confirmed this and said they had been sent. I have never received them, in spite of contacting the seller. This order cost me $10.00. Estimated delivery was between 15 March and 1 May.
No doubt I did the wrong thing, but I ordered the same items again, plus one additional flower clip on Friday, 5 May 2017. I am still waiting on this order. This order cost me $17.00.
Since then, I have been trying to find out the status of the original order, for which I am not holding out much hope. Hopefully, the second order will arrive, but I am wondering what guarantee I will have of this actually happening.
I would appreciate any help you can give me in confirming that at least the second order is on its way.
