Do you mean you received the message in your normal mailbox but you cannot find it in your eBay messages?
As Sandy said, make sure you logged in to the right account.... just in case...
If the message is in your normal mailbox (not eBay), I think there is a reply button. If you click on it and are not logged in to eBay, you will be asked to log in, then you can reply.
