Why does EBay push Sendle to sellers when they are consistently so terrible?

A quick search through this site shows how Sendle is completely useless with terrible buyer supprt.

After some really bad experiences, I want to avoid sellers using Sendle, but you only find out if they use Sendle after your purchase.

How can this be legal or fair?

I agree Sendle simply does not deliver to all addresses in Australia and when they do deliver it takes up to, 3 times longer than Australia Post. My recommendation and what I will personally do from now on, is message a seller before bidding to get an assurance that they will use Australia Post. If they prefer to use Sendle then I will not purchase from them.  End of story!
