re Ebay taking percentage of postage costs

If I list an item with a postage charge and when the auction ends the buyer would like to pick the item up, does anyone know if I send an amended invoice with the shipping cost as zero, does Ebay still charge me a fee for the shipping costs I initially had in the listing?

No, no charge....charges are on the amount of the PAID Invoice
