I purchased a YN560EX TTL shoe flash. But was sent one that does not talk to my Canon 550D. I was sent a YN560EX -without the TTL on the end. The retailer is in Hong Honk I have sent several emails to the company but they say I need to contact the retailer but we speak different languages. When I went to his site, I could not read where to send him a message.
