Seller ordered 11th December 2020 it must be somewhere cost $93

I am not sure what you expect can be done over 9 months later?

Even PayPal only give 6 months to open a dispute

What steps did you take to try to find out what was going on?

Did you contact the seller at any point?

I tried very hard at the time,contacted the seller.I then gave up as I am 86 it’s all to hard ,Thank you

Unfortunately it is a common tactic to make buyers wait until it is too late. If you have a problem with a seller and an item that has not arrived, you can also contact eBay via live chat (just go to the help page to start live chat), and eBay can open a case for you.

Age is irrelevant on ebay.....if you are not up to reading the rules and following them then do not buy on ebay.
