i sent a message to a seller on Sunday the 25 October, today it has ended, why.

this seller has not replied to messages i have sent to that company. the massage is about a a pump failure  and has a 2 year warranty. i first posted a message to this seller on the 16 October. message sent yesterday ended today  and no reply from seller, why??

When did you purchase the item?  You only have a month to make a claim under ebay rules or 6 months if you paid with paypal.

The chances of the warranty being genuine are pretty rare.....unless the seller is registered in Australia you have virtually no genuine warranty.

I am guessing the seller knows this and is just ignoring you.
