You need to contact your seller directly to get this sorted.

This has not been resolved. We still have the tray and would now like a refund. We also need an address to return the goods too.

Have you read the comments? You need to follow the correct process. You need to open the correct dispute. This is a member to member forum posting here (after it has already been explained several times what you need to do) is not going to get a response from the seller, nor get you a refund. It has not been resolved because you have not done anything to get it resolved

How so? you nee to go about things the correct way, not expect other buyers and sellers who have nothing to do with the transaction to do it for you (which we can't in any case) You have been given the correct advise on what you need to do, so do it.
