Hi - I recently purchased a pair of shoes on Ebay with a $9.00 postage charge. - I paid for item as agreed with seller, then about two weeks later received a card from Post Office indicating I had a parcel to collect with a C.O.D of $6.00. - I drove to post office and eventually paid $5.15 and collected shoes - I contacted seller who at first didn't think she should reimburse me the $5.15, until I asked - then she became irate and said she shouldn't have to. - Eventually she agreed, only so she wouldn't receive bad feedback from me - I had no intention of leaving her bad feedback and still haven't done so. - Who should have paid the extra postage? .
