I too have received no emails from my saved searches since about 20 May. eBay seems to have no process to ask them this question without hanging on the phone 'for a long wait'. My time is valuable too.

Hi there. I have the same problem. After 'chatting' to an 'expert' last night for about 40 minutes - she came up with the idea that I need to delete my history and cache from my computer. I tried to explain that if it was this computer, then the emails would show on other computers I access my emails from.
She has apparently referred it onto someone else.
Hope we get an answer!

I beleive it has been a problem for a little while, and that eBay are apparently working to fix it.
