Hi everyone, I'm hoping you can help, I am at my wits end trying to list things with constant errors. Cannot find any similar problem in the helpcentre on google, so here I am.
Here is a summary of the steps we take when listing and screenshots of the errors we have been getting over the last few weeks.
Method One
Choose template from 'Manage Inventory'
Click 'Sell again'
Click on template
Schedule to start on a time in the future
Click Save and list item
Following error message comes up, the amount of days changes each time will vary:
Method Two
Choose template from 'Manage Inventory'
Click 'Sell again'
Tick box on template and click 'continue'
Takes you to bulk seller
Sometimes it doesn't load:
Sometime it does load, Schedule to start on a time in the future 7 or 10 days duration
Click 'Submit all', the confirm and submit.
Then the error "Seller requirements not met" starts to load (can see it in the page title, but the rest of the screen is blank), before it redirects to the seller account page.
It's very frustrating, we list 20-30 listings a day and I'm barely getting 10 up at the moment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
