The buyer has asked me for a tax invoice. I looked up help and it says it should be under "action" next to buyers purchase, however I looked at the dropdown menu and don't see this option?? Does anyone know how to send an invoice after a sale is completed?
Let the buyer know that the only 'invoice' that eBay can provide at this stage of the transaction is under the drop down menu to the right of item in their purchase history.
It's called 'view order details'. And that has a printer friendly version.
