How do I send offers if the send offer has already been used. It doesn't allow me to send more offers only promote.
I don't do offers, but I suspect you can't flood your watchers with them.
Maybe price your items for what you want? Then you won't have to do offers.
I can’t advise as I refuse to pay eBay any more money….someone else will be along who promotes listings……
