I am having trouble relisting or revising a listing as My Ebay won't accept my password again

When I am already logged into My Ebay and go to relist an item or to revise and item, Ebay asks me to sign in again.   But then it will not accept my password and let me get into my listing?

I have Windows XP and Internet Explorer.

Any ideas?
