I accidently pressed ebay automated label system and was not familiar with the new system. I then proceeded to pay Australia Post to send the package so I have paid twice. I contacted Ebay through chat as well as by phone several times and they kept sending me to Australia Post and Australia Post keep sending me to Ebay and so the to and fro continues to this day. I just want my refund of the unused label. I am not at all happy with my interactions with Ebay and I have been a customer for 16 years.
