I have been selling on eBay for about 4 years and I cannot find the way to "sell world-wide" notation onto my sale items.Can you explain

Where other  sellers use the notation "see world-wide", I read everything that seems to pertain to this subject and eventually give up and just put into my item information that I am happy to sell world-wide.This has worked to the extent that I have sold items to Belgioum and the USA, but I CANNOT find the magic keys to put it at the bottom of the item description.I am looking forward to an answer.

Just below where you enter your postage details there should be a little link to "add more options"  click on that and a window will open, select International shipping and submit, 

Once set, you then add the postage accordingly,  but make sure you set your preferences to block scammers and those from locations you choose not to post to. eg Nigeria
