I use inkfrog templates for publishing to eBay.com.au.
When i first got the product it was great. The last 2 months they have made changes and the templates have stopped working. I cant use any cross sell features and i cant edit the templates that i have.
They refuse to refund me for the tempaltes that im paying for while they dont work. To make any changes i have to do this 1 by 1 in individual listings, which is totally pointless. Why have a template at all if you are going to customise them to each listing.
Im really upset and frustred that they do not offer a timeline for when the serivce will be fixed. They have also sent me their terms that says they dont owe me anything.
eBay customer service advised to go to another provider. I am looking for
Shopify integration
template with upsell and cross sell and ability to chage content from Shopify (i have videos on my shopify store that i can thave in eBay for example) so need to manage conten on both platform separately.
I have noticed that the number of 1 star reviews of their products are increasing quickly. I have had issues with them for 2 months now and no resolution at all.
