We have several items we want to sell on eBay but don't want to post until the weekend. We cannot find a facility that allows us to schedule posting of the items at a time in the future? We are very new to eBay and are just learning the ropes.
Yes you can schedule listings, but there is a small fee for this.

The easiest way is to use Turbolister then you can write up as many as you want and submit at any time later with no added cost.
