Is the option of business policies available to all sellers or do you have to meet certain criteria

I want to add business policies to all my listings ie 30 day money back returns etc but I have no business policies tab on MY EBAY dropdown list.is this available to all sellers or only the anchor stores-I have a featured store but cannot use this option.Any help would be appreciated.thankyou

Not all seller IDs have access to the Business Policies yet. I don't think it depends on what level of store you have as we have the option on one non-store ID but not on our main trading ID.

According to this page it will be available to all by late 2013.

From April 2013, eBay commenced inviting sellers to opt in to a new way to create and manage their own custom settings for payment, postage and returns information. Known as ‘business policies’, these custom settings can be easily applied to listings and managed from one central location within My eBay.

The opt-in invitations are being issued gradually, but will be available to all sellers by late 2013.
